Customs clearance is done in the name of an individual, which is more suitable for individual buyers, overseas shopping sellers, purchasing groups and transshipment companies.

*Merchant needs to provide a copy of the recipient’s ID card and invoice before delivery.

Shipping terms and compensation content:
1) All consignments must comply with the postal, import and export and tariff regulations of China and Hong Kong as well as the packaging specifications set by our company. Otherwise, Party A has the right not to accept the carriage.
2) All consignments will be handled by post and personal effects declaration, and the relevant terms and conditions are subject to the terms and conditions of the customs.
3) The final weight of all consigned items shall be based on the weight after Party A weighs them.
4) If all consignment items are of high value, it is recommended that Party B purchase insurance for protection.
5) All declaration materials shall be provided by Party B to Party A, including (declared product name, declared weight, number of pieces, product brand, product model, product price, delivery address, contact number, real recipient’s name and ID number) Party A will not be held responsible for any detention or confiscation caused by non-compliance with the declaration.
6) Party B must properly pack the consigned items, otherwise Party B will be responsible for any damage and any problems arising therefrom.
7) After the goods have cleared customs, they will be directly received by EMS for delivery. If the goods cannot be delivered due to reasons of the customer or the recipient, they will be returned and re-delivered, and a second delivery fee will be charged.
8) The minimum consumption per shipment is 1kg. Any excess will be charged (e.g. 1.1kg will be charged as 1.5kg). The cost includes customs declaration, customs clearance, EMS delivery and customer service follow-up.
9) Any express shipment that has been signed for shall be deemed to have been successfully delivered, and Party B cannot demand Party A to be responsible or compensate for any reason.
10) If any consignment is seriously damaged, lost, or confiscated by customs during transportation, the maximum compensation amount Party A shall pay is three times the freight of the shipment.
11) Party A will not be liable for compensation if the delivery of all consigned items is delayed due to floods, droughts, snowstorms, earthquakes, lightning, rainstorms, floods, tsunamis, subsidence or other force majeure events or reasons beyond Party A’s control. .
12) All checked items will be calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight (length cm x height cm x width cm) / 6000, whichever is higher.
13) The final right of interpretation of the above prices belongs to Yeahyeah Express Ltd.
